Carol B. Cook
Carol was a lifelong creative whose passion for art blossomed in the final years of her life. Although creativity had always been part of who she was, it was only later in life that she fully embraced her artistic abilities, discovering both confidence and joy through painting.
As her work evolved, Carol began sharing it with others by participating in local art shows, where she found encouragement and a growing sense of belonging within the artistic community. Her paintings reflected not only her creativity but also the excitement of an artist who had finally found the courage to pursue a lifelong passion.
Following the pause brought on by the pandemic, Carol eagerly anticipated returning to the art scene in the fall of 2021. Sadly, she passed away unexpectedly before that opportunity arrived. Though her artistic journey was just beginning, the work she created stands as a lasting testament to her talent, perseverance, and the belief that it is never too late to discover and share one's creative voice.
